Terms of Use

Lootsy is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read here: Apple standard EULA
The points below add to that agreement and explain how Lootsy works.
Lootsy Pro
- +Lootsy Pro is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. It is not a subscription and never renews.
- +The purchase is tied to your Apple ID. You can restore it on any device signed in to that Apple ID using Settings → Restore Purchases.
- +You start the optional 14-day free trial inside the app. It needs no payment method, ends on its own, and charges nothing when it ends.
- +Apple handles refunds under App Store terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Everything you enter in Lootsy stays on your device. We do not hold a copy, so we cannot recover it for you. Use Settings → Export My Data to keep your own backup. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Ads
The free plan shows third-party ads. The advertising network supplies the ad content, not us, and we are not responsible for the products or services advertised.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or tamper with the app, and don't use it to break any law. Price information you record is for your own use.
No warranty
Lootsy is provided "as is". Prices you record are your own observations and may not reflect current store prices. We make no promises about savings.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The effective date above will move when we do.
